inventor has developed a new drilling
technique that will grant access to
oil underneath the previously
inaccessable Siberian wastes.  OPEC
has dispatched a group of mercinaries
to keep the good inventor from
drilling Siberia by drilling him
instead.

Counter-Terrorists: Escort VIP to the
big-rig in the small parking structure.

Terrorists: Cover all avenues of escape
and kill the VIP.
