After stealing the weapons, they are waiting
to take out the VIP. 

Counter-Terrorists: 
Escort the VIP to one safety 
zone.  The Rescue Helicopter 
Pad are at your disposal.

Terrorists:
Eliminate the VIP and prevent him from
reaching the safety zone.
